If an item you purchased requires repair, please contact us. We are happy to offer repair service at cost under most circumstances.

Shipping Policy

We offer free, domestic 2nd day air shipping to your destination via Fedex or UPS. Next-Day air shipping is $25. International deliveries are subject to additional fees. In addition, any duties or taxes incurred on international shipments are not within the control of LFrank, and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Return Policy

If you are not happy with an item you purchased online, please contact us first to notify us and to obtain a return authorization number. You may return it to us in original, unworn condition within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges. We do not accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit. Resized or altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
