It's lovely how this small pavé disc of 7 tiny rose cut diamonds creates such a big sparkle. The disc is placed on a thin 1mm 18k gold band for a delicate presentation. Shown here in 18k rose gold, it is also available in white or yellow gold, or with black diamonds, rubies, or emeralds. It can also look incredible stacked next to the larger version. Size 6.5.
