The Egyptians placed scarabs over the heart of the body before mummification as a lucky and protective amulet, to help guide one’s heart during the journey to the afterlife, preserving well the memories and thoughts of a person. This mystical ring features an east-west facing 18K yellow gold scarab with a pair of emerald eyes. Measuring approximately 9mm by 13mm, the scarab rests on an extremely comfortable 1.6mm round band, making it perfect for stacking with other pieces from your ring collection. Currently available in a size 6.5, it can be sized to fit most. This piece can also be fabricated in 18K White or Rose Gold, or with different gemstones for the eyes.
