The Mariana dress in 100% Liberty of London silk crepe de chine is my version of chic one-and-done dressing for any season, and the most casual of all the silk iterations of this dress. It is a forgiving and comfortable silhouette that functions well for a variety of occasions. The sleeveless boatneck neckline and bias cut construction is flattering on all, and makes this piece a versatile addition to any wardrobe. The back and front are essentially the same, so you can reverse the dress to have two dresses in one, with the color or print blocked version.
This dress is perfect for travel, and in the 100% silk crepe de chine from Liberty of London has a beautiful and elegant drape to it. It folds into nearly nothing, and the wrinkles fall out after just a short time on a hanger. It is perfect for almost any destination. We make the Mariana dress in three different types of 100% silk; crepe de chine, satin, and twill. There is also a version with sleeves, the Serafina dress, in both silk and cotton.
