Shipping Information

We offer 25$ domestic standard-delivery shipping to your destination via Fedex or UPS, $40 second-day, and 75$ overnight shipping for all items. Shipments of jewelry will require a signature, and are sent fully insured. There is an additional fee for Saturday delivery. International shipping is $150. In addition, any duties or taxes incurred on international shipments are not within the control of LFrank, and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

We endeavor to ship every order within 72 hours, but sometimes this is not always possible. We will contact you via the email address you provide, should any shipping delay occur, and also to provide you with a tracking number for your delivery. If you have special delivery instructions, or have any questions about the shipment of your order, please make a note of it in the Special Requests section of your order, or feel free to contact us at customercare@lfrankjewelry.com.

All packages require a signature at time of delivery: NO EXCEPTIONS. Also, please note that neither UPS nor Fedex will deliver to a post office box. The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate ship-to address at the time of order. We will contact you when your order ships to provide you with a tracking number and estimated delivery date.

International Orders

LFrank ships internationally for $150 via Fedex or DHL. Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for any taxes / duties incurred by destination country. We cannot refund any import fees, duties, or tariffs.

Returns

LFrank accepts merchandise for EXCHANGE ONLY, NO REFUNDS. To facilitate an exchange, please contact us at customercare@lfrankjewelry.com or 310-452-0771 within 24 hours of receiving your order. Items returned for exchange must be received exactly as they were sent; unworn and undamaged. We will not accept any packages without prior written authorization from LFrank. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages, and will send a prepaid label via email, in order to facilitate your exchange. Upon approval, and receipt of returned items, we will then issue a store credit (less all shipping charges and/or duties and fees, if applicable) to be applied towards another item. Custom orders and pieces that are sized or customized are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange. We are happy to answer any questions you may have before making a purchase, so please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

Changes and Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to customercare@lfrankjewelry.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified. Once you have received your online order, please refer to our return instructions included with your shipment. Measurements and Sizing

Dimensions displayed on the LFrank website are noted in inches or millimeters. While we try to ensure that all measurements on our website are accurate, errors may occur.

Ring sizing is sometimes a challenge to get perfectly right. Many factors can influence the comfort and fit of a ring, such as salt intake, airplane travel, weather and humidity, or arthritis. The width of the ring is also a determining factor. A very thick band will feel much tighter than a thin band of the exact same size. When sizing a ring for you, we make every effort to ensure a perfect fit on the first try. On occasion however, a ring may need to be returned to us for an adjustment. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order.

Pricing

Prices on the website and in the LFrank store are subject to change without notice, and can vary from piece to piece, and from time to time, depending on the price of raw materials at the time of production. Gold and precious stones are commodities, with market fluctuations beyond our control. Occasionally, a piece will sell, and then be recreated at a later date with a difference in price. This simply reflects the market value of the raw materials, and does not mean that we have increased our mark-up. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. Sales Tax

Sales tax in Los Angeles County is 9%, and will be applied to all orders shipped within Los Angeles County. Sales tax on all other orders shipped within the state of California will be calculated based on shipping address. There is no sales tax charged to orders shipped out of state or internationally. International orders are subject to local duties and taxes, depending on the destination. These fees are beyond the control of LFrank, and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

LFrank Account

Special features are available once registering with LFrank. These features include viewing a summary of your recent account activity and updating your account information. Simply register or log in by following the My Account link located at the bottom of our website.

Should you choose to register on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and password information. In the event of a breach of security through your account, you will be liable for any damage caused by the unauthorized use until you notify us in writing of the breach of security and we have had a reasonable opportunity to remedy the unauthorized use. You agree to provide LFrank with all assistance necessary to remedy such unauthorized use of the Site caused by a breach of security through your account.

Care

We stand behind all of the jewelry and apparel that we make and sell. That said, fine jewelry and the pieces in the Wardrobe collection both have an inherently delicate nature and should be treated as such. If you should encounter a mishap with one of your pieces, please contact us for advice. Some pieces might require a trip to your local jeweler or seamstress, while others may fare better by being sent to us for in-house attention.

We recommend checking the setting of your stones in your LFrank jewelry periodically to ensure that they are safe and snug. Cleaning with a soft cloth is the best measure to protect your jewelry from any dust or oils that may accumulate on the surface. You may also use a soft toothbrush with a bit of hand soap for any accumulated dirt. Never use an ultrasonic cleaner for any colored stones, or harsh chemicals of any kind. If you are unsure about anything concerning the care or wear of your jewels, please ask.

The fabrics in the LFrank Wardrobe collection should be considered delicate and treated with care. Avoid contact with sharp objects or jewelry that may snag or tear your garment. Any variations in texture or hue should be regarded as part of the natural beauty of the garment. We recommend hand-laundering your LFrank pieces, using a delicate detergent or lingerie-specific wash, in cold water. Please hang or lay flat to dry, and steam as necessary. Dry cleaning is also an option, if you prefer. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns regarding the care of your LFrank Wardrobe pieces.
