This dramatic and deeply romantic pendant features a beautifully carved, vintage cameo from Italy prong set in oxidized sterling silver, hanging from a Lotus Leaf loop in 18K yellow gold. The cameo depicts a feminine figure, flanked by a flower bearing cherub. The pendant measures approximately 41mm x 31mm, with a depth of about 5mm. The 18K gold Lotus Leaf loop measures 5mm x 9mm. The pendant hangs from a fully adjustable natural leather cord, that measures approximately 32 inches in overall length.
